Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, wants to withdraw this petition as according to his instructions, petitioner intends to file anticipatory bail application before the trial Court. He submits that the trial Court be directed to decide the anticipatory bail application expeditiously, preferably on the same day. He further submits that the Registry be directed to return certified copy of the impugned FIR.
Learned State Counsel has no objection to this proposition.
Petition is dismissed, as withdrawn, with the aforesaid liberty.
Needless to state that in the eventuality of filing anticipatory bail application by the petitioner before the trial Court, the trial Court shall decide the same expeditiously in accordance with law considering all aspects of the case.
Registry is directed to return certified copy of FIR after accepting xerox of the same.
