By means of the present petition, the petitioner herein is seeking for quashing of the first information report dated 23.02.2020 registered as Case Crime No. 0026 of 2020 (State vs. Pankaj Pandey) under Sections 353, 332, 186, 504 & 506 I.P.C., P.S.- Dumariyaganj, District- Siddharth Nagar.
The allegations made in the first information report are of maar-peet with the first informant in his office while he was discharging his official duties.
Considering the allegations made in the first information report, we do not find it a fit case for interference as any interference at this stage may impede the speedy investigation.
The writ petition is found of devoid of merits and hence dismissed .
