The petitioner has preferred this petition for the quashing of the notice dated 24.12.2019, under Section 3(1) of U.P. Control of Goondas Act, 1970.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition as there are certain defects in the prayer clause of the petition.
In view of the above as the defects are apparent, we dismiss the petition as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh.
