In this petition, the petitioner is an accused but has prayed for fair investigation.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that investigating agency is not accepting the documents produced by the petitioner and is unnecessarily harassing him.
Learned State counsel submits that the investigation is being carried out in accordance with law and the petitioner cannot compel the investigating agency to accept all the documents produced by him. He submits that if during investigation, investigating agency feels to accept certain relevant documents, it would certainly accept the same but allegation against the investigating agency that investigation is not being done fairly is not well founded.
The petition has no substance, the same is, accordingly, dismissed.
Needless to state that investigating agency would conduct the investigation in accordance with law and the same may be done expeditiously because the case is pending since 2012.
