This revision has been preferred by the informant assailing the order dated 21.01.2019 passed by Additional District and Sessions Judge, Anupshahr, Bulandshahr by which the trial court has rejected the application filed by the complainant under Sections 319 Cr.P.C.
Subsequent to filing of this revision, trial itself has been concluded and the judgement of acquittal has been passed.
In view of subsequent development, nothing survives in the present revision and the same is, accordingly, dismissed as having become infructuous.
