On the instructions received by learned A.G.A. pursuant to the earlier orders of this Court dated 6.10.2017/11.1.2018, learned A.G.A. submits that the accused-appellant Ram Sumiran had already undergone the period of sentence, as awarded by the impugned order and was released from the Central Jail, Fatehgarh on 6.2.2017.
In view of the above, learned counsel for the appellant states that he does not want to press this appeal.
The appeal is, accordingly, dismissed as not pressed.
