Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Shri Apurva Hajela, learned Standing Counsel.
The applicant is before this Court against the wilful disobedience of the order dated 31.5.2019 passed in Writ-C No.19323 of 2019 (Batuk Prasad Yadav v. State of U.P. & Ors.).
On the matter being taken up today, learned Standing Counsel has produced the instructions dated 29.2.2020 and on the basis of which it is contended that the writ Court order in question has been complied with.
In view of above, nothing further survives on this petition and the same stands disposed of. Notices, if any, stand discharged. The instructions are taken on record.
