Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Shri Apurva Hajela, learned Standing Counsel.
The applicant is before this Court against the wilful disobedience of the order dated 19.12.2019 passed in Writ-A No.18756 of 2019 (Kamlesh Kumar Pandey v. State of U.P. & Ors.).
On the matter being taken up today, learned Standing Counsel has placed the amended order dated 2.3.2020 passed by the opposite party and on the basis of which it is contended that the writ Court order in question has been complied with.
In view of above, nothing further survives on this petition and the same stands disposed of. Notices, if any, stand discharged. The order dated 2.3.2020 is taken on record and a copy thereof has been supplied to learned counsel for the applicant.
