A compliance affidavit has been filed by the opposite party in terms of which it is pointed out that the amount of compensation which is payable has been duly computed. Sri Pranjal Mehrotra, learned counsel appearing for the opposite party states that the aforesaid amount shall be paid to the applicant at the earliest and in any case within a period of two weeks from today. The statement so made is recorded and accepted.
The application stands disposed of.
It is further clarified that in case the applicant disputes the computation of amount of compensation it shall be open to her to institute appropriate proceedings in accordance with law.
