Shri Sanjay Kumar Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel, on the basis of instructions/affidavit of compliance, apprises to the Court that in compliance of the writ court order, the representation of the petitioner has been decided.
The affidavit of compliance may be filed in the registry within 48 hours' time.
Consequently, nothing further survives and the contempt application is disposed of.
It is, however, clarified that this order shall not preclude the applicant to assail the validity of the said order before the appropriate forum.
