The applicant is before this Court for initiating contempt proceedings against the respondents for disobeying the order dated 17.10.2019 passed in Writ A No.16045 of 2019 (C/M Guru Birjanand Shivala Junior High School vs. State of U.P. and others).
On the matter being taken up today, Shri A.N. Rai, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the writ court order has been complied with. The said situation has also been endorsed by learned counsel for the opposite party.
In view of above, nothing further survives on this application and the same stands disposed of. Notices, if any, stand discharged.
