Heard Sri Shivam Yadav, learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on the record.
Applicant- Dinesh seeks bail in Case Crime No. 101 of 2019, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 506 I.P.C., Police StationGhigore, District- Mainpuri.
This is the second bail application on behalf of the applicant. The first bail was rejected by this Court vide order dated 5.11.2019.
Heard learned counsel for the applicant at length, however, he could not point out any fresh ground for grant of bail to the applicant.
Therefore, the second application for bail is, hereby, rejected without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case.
However, considering the fact that applicant is languishing in jail since 29.3.2019, the trial court is directed to expedite the trial of aforesaid case and conclude the same in accordance with law without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment.
