Learned A.G.A. has raised a preliminary objection that the cause of action has arisen within the district Pratapgarh whose jurisdiction lies with the Lucknow Bench of this Court, though the Special Judge Anti-Corruption Act, Pratapgarh is conferred with the jurisdiction to deal with the cases under the Prevention of Corruption Act of district Pratapgarh.
In view of it, learned counsel for the applicants states that he may be permitted to withdraw the present application.
In view of above, the present anticipatory bail applicant is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn on the ground of preliminary objection raised by learned A.G.A.
Office is directed to return all the certified copies to learned counsel for the applicants after retaining photostat copy of the same on record.
