Heard Sri Rohit Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State.
A first information report was lodged as Case Crime No. 22 of 2020 at Police Station- B.B. Nagar, District- Bulandshahar on 05.02.2020 under Sections 420, 467, 468, 406 and 506 I.P.C.
The bail application of the applicant was rejected by learned Sessions Judge, Bulandshahar on 21.10.2020.
The applicant is in jail since 08.09.2020 pursuant to the said F.I.R.
Sri Rohit Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant contends that the applicant was falsely implicated in the present case. He further contends that one Sunil who had actually promised to provide employment to the complainant and had taken money thereof, has been granted bail by this Court on 23.06.2020 in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 16177 of 2020 (Sunil Vs. State of U.P.). It is also asserted that apart from the above said case the applicant does not have any criminal history.
