The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Manish, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 1360 of 2020, under Sections 379, 411 IPC, Police Station Indirapuram, District- Ghaziabad during pendency of trial.
There is allegation of theft of car in the first information report against unknown accused persons.
Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that he has been falsely implicated in this case. Applicant was not named in the first information report. Subsequently applicant was found travelling in the stolen car. Learned counsel for the applicant has further submitted that there is no public witness of recovery. Applicant is in jail since 01.08.2020 and he has been falsely implicated in two more cases after implication in the present case.
