This bail application has been preferred by the accusedapplicant(s), Kallu, who is involved in Case Crime No. 503 of 2020, under Section 5/25 of the Arms Act, P.S.- Kandhla, District- Shamli.
The F.I.R version is that the police has received information with regard to manufacturing of illegal arms in the field of sugarcane and reached at the place of incident. The applicant was arrested and from his possession seven country made pistols 315 bore, one half gun 12 bore, 15 semi constructed country made pistols, 6 Naal 12 bore, 8 Naal 315 bore, 2 live cartridges 315 bore, 2 live cartridges 12 bore and instruments were recovered.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is a motor-cycle mechanic and has been falsely implicated in this case. So far as the criminal antecedents is concerned out of four cases he is on bail in three cases and in one case proceeding has been stayed by this Court.
