This application has been directly moved before this Court under Section 439 Cr.P.C. on account of the fact that at the relevant time, judicial work in the judgeship of Agra was absolutely held up due to Covid-19 pandemic. Learned counsel for the applicant states that judicial work in the Agra Judgeship has resumed and he wishes to not press this bail application in order to approach the court of competent jurisdiction at Agra in the first instance.
This application is, accordingly, dismissed as not pressed . The applicant may approach the court concerned.
