This is second bail application of the applicant. The first bail application of the applicant was rejected by this Court by order dated 07.08.2018.

By means of the present application the applicant is involved in case crime no. 1180 of 2016, under Sections 498A, 304B IPC Section 3/4 D.P.Act, P.S. Kalyanpur, District Kanpur Nagar.

I have perused the earlier order of this Court dated 07.08.2018, whereby the court while rejecting the Court directed the trial court has expected to gear up the trial within eight months. Submission made by the counsel is that six witness has been examined and the trial is at advance stage. The argument advanced by learned counsel for the applicant cannot be appreciated at the bail stage.

I do not find any new ground to enlarge the applicant on bail. The bail application is hereby rejected.

The trial court is expected to gear up and conclude the trial latest by 30.06.2021 provided the parties render fullest cooperation in early conclusion of the trial.

Copy of this order may be served by learned counsel for the applicant to the concerned court within fifteen days.
