This is second bail application of the applicant.
The earlier bail application of the applicant was rejected by this Court vide order dated 26.02.2018 in Crl. Misc. Bail Application No. 7297 of 2018.
By means of the present application the applicant is involved in case crime no. 83 of 2016, under Sections 376, 376-A, 307, 326, 452, 302 IPC and Section 3/4 POCSO Act, P.S. Robertsganj, District Sonbhadra and is in jail since 30.12.2017.
Submission made by the counsel is that seven witness has been examined and the trial is at advance stage. The argument advanced by learned counsel for the applicant cannot be appreciated at the bail stage.
I do not find any new ground to enlarge the applicant on bail. The bail application is hereby rejected.
The trial court is expected to gear up and conclude the trial latest by 30.06.2021 provided the parties render fullest cooperation in early conclusion of the trial.
Copy of this order may be served by learned counsel for the applicant to the concerned court within fifteen days.
