Heard Sri Daya Ram Yadav, learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record of the present bail application.

The present bail application has been filed by the applicant Ram Sanehi with a prayer to enlarge him on bail in Case Crime No. 0277 of 2018, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 I.P.C., Police Station Kotwali Nagar, District Etah.

As per prosecution version, an F.I.R. was lodged by complainant Jagannath against four named persons making allegations that they have taken his immovable property by getting a sale deed executed through imposter. Subsequently, during investigation, the name of the present accused-applicant has come into light, who has assigned the role of being imposter of the sale deed.

Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant is not named in the first information report. He never executed the said sale deed in favour of the other accused persons. He is a sick old man aged about 60 years. He was said by Dharmendra that he would prepare the old age pension papers and for that purpose, he signed the papers and the other accused persons by making conspiracy got the sale deed executed.
