Heard Sri Vidya Prakash Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, and learned A.G.A. for the State.
This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with the request to give a direction to the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Court No. 3, Ghaziabad to expedite the disposal of the Criminal Revision no. 187 of 2017 (Smt. Jayanti Versus Smt. Sarmishtha and others), under section 145 Cr.P.C., P.S. Modinagar, District Ghaziabad.
It appears that the Criminal Revision is pending since 2017 and there will be no harm if a direction for expediting the disposal of the revision is given.
Accordingly, the application under section 482 Cr.P.C. is disposed of with the observation that the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Court No. 3, Ghaziabad shall make all endeavor to expedite the disposal of the said revision within six months.
