12.05.2011 and the same was upheld by the Apex Court. The village was denotified and hence the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority lost control over the same. The applicant purchased the aforesaid land from the original holder on 10.03.2016 without knowledge about notifications under Section 4 and 5 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1984 dated 29.06.2013. After the earlier acquisition proceedings were quashed by this court on 12.05.2011 number of persons made constructions over the land in dispute. There was no regulatory authority to sanction map. It has been submitted that some builders applied for map before the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority which was illegally rejected. Some buildings collapsed thereafter notices were issued to the builders in the year 17.07.2018 under section 10 of U.P. Industrial Area Development Act, 1976 and thereafter the FIR was lodged against them. Police has submitted final report in the aforesaid case after investigation. Thereafter another FIR was lodged by the Assistant Manager Works, Circle-4, Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority against the applicant's firm on 16.10.2018 under Sections 188, 288, 420 IPC and Section 3 of Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act and Section 7 of Criminal Law Amendment Act and Investigating Officer submitted charge sheet against the applicant and his brother in the aforesaid case. FIR under the Gangster Act was also lodged against him wherein no charge sheet has been submitted against the applicant as yet. The Assistant Manager Work, Circle- 4, Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority has lodged third FIR against the applicant on 30.09.2019 and arrested him on 01.10.2019. On 15.10.2019 under Section 3(2) of National Security Act.
