This is the second bail application of the applicant. The first bail application of the applicant was rejected by this Court vide order dated 12.12.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application no. 48931 of 2019.
Learned counsel for the applicant has failed to make out any new ground for enlarging the applicant on bail at this stage hence, the second bail application of the applicant is rejected at this stage.
However considering the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case the trial court is directed the conclude the trial of the applicant within a period of one year after normal functioning of the Court as the Courts are not normally functioning due to pandemic COVID-19 without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
Subject to aforesaid direction, this bail application stands finally disposed of.
