The instant application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in light of the apprehension of the arrest of the applicant in Case Crime No. 49 of 2020, under Sections 376, 506 I.P.C., police station Pannuganj, District Sonbhadra.
Bearing in mind the categorical allegations which have been made by the victim in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C., the Court finds no ground to accord the facility of anticipatory bail to the applicant. The prayer so made is refused.
