Heard Sri Ansar Ahmad, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Mohammad Faiz, learned counsel for the complainant, Sri Gaurav Pratap Singh, learned Brief Holder for the State.

An exemption application has been filed on behalf of the applicant along with present bail application for exempting the filing of certified copy of the F.I.R. as it could not be made available to the applicant due to COVID19.

The exemption application is allowed.

The filing of certified copy of the F.I.R. is hereby exempted.

Learned counsel for the complainant had made a statement at Bar that the offence in question has been converted under section 308, 325 I.P.C. whereas the F.I.R. of the present case has been lodged for the offence under sections 147, 148, 323, 352, 307 I.P.C. Moreover, the applicant is also having a criminal history of one to which learned counsel for the applicant states that the said case was of during the period of lock down.
