Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Om Prakash, the learned AGA.
The instant application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in light of the apprehension of the arrest of the applicant in Case Crime No. 104 of 2018, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 506 IPC, Police Station Dheena, District Chandauli.
The Court notes that a categorical assertion has been made in paragraph 14 that the applicant has no criminal antecedents. Learned AGA however on instructions apprises the Court of previous criminal history of the applicant and he submits that the applicant stands named as an accused in as many as three criminal cases. Since a deliberate false statement has been made on affidavit, the Court finds no ground to accord the facility of anticipatory bail to the applicant.
The application is rejected.
