Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Amrit Raj Chaurasia, the learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
The instant application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in light of the apprehension of the arrest of the applicant in Case Crime No. 241 of 2018, under Section 380 I.P.C., police station Chharra, District Aligarh.
Learned A.G.A. apprises the Court of two previous criminal cases in which the applicant stands named as an accused alleging commission of offences under Sections 392 and 399 IPC. Bearing the aforesaid in mind, the Court finds no ground to accord the facility of anticipatory bail to the applicant. The prayer so made is refused.
The application consequently stands rejected .
