The present application for grant of anticipatory bail has been filed by the applicant in case crime No.286 of 2019, under Sections 3/5/8 Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act and Section 11 Animals Cruelty Act, Police Station Mainather, DistrictMoradabad.
Presently and from the material which has been placed for the perusal of the Court by the concerned Investigating Officer including photographs taken at the time when the cattle were stated to be in the course of transportation, the Court finds no ground to accord the facility of anticipatory bail to the applicant.
Consequently, the application is rejected .
