Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Om Prakash the learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
The instant application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in light of the apprehension of the arrest of the applicant in Case Crime No. 782 of 2019, under Sections 307 I.P.C., police station Gangoh, District Saharanpur.
Learned A.G.A. has brought to the attention of the Court the criminal history of the applicant from which it is manifest that the applicant stands named in as many as four previous criminal cases. In that view of the matter, the Court finds no ground to accord the facility of anticipatory bail to the applicant. The prayer so made is refused.
The application consequently stands rejected .
