Even on revised call no one appears for the applicants.
As per order dated 07.05.2008, the matter was referred to Mediation Centre with specific direction that in case of default by the husband in making the appearance in the Mediation Centre on the date fixed or in making payment of the amount fixed by the Court, the stay order shall stand automatically vacated forthwith.
On perusal of the record it appears that there is report of Mediation and Conciliation Centre dated 11.07.2008 that in compliance of order dated 07.05.2008, applicant has not deposited the amount of Rs.15,000/-in favour of opposite party no.2.
In view of the above, it is clear that the applicant has not complied with the order of this Court nor he is appearing to press the application.
Hence, the application is dismissed.
