As per order dated 22.04.2008, the matter was referred to Medication Centre with the condition that the applicant will deposit Rs.5,000/- in the name of opposite party no.2.
According to report of Mediation Centre dated 10.07.2008, in compliance of the order of the Court, the amount has not been deposited by the applicant in favour of opposite party no.2.
In view of the above as well as no one appears to press the application, it is dismissed.
