Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State. Perused the records.
The only prayer, with which the applicant has approached this Court, by means of this Application, under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., invoking inherent jurisdiction of this Court, is for a direction to the Trial court concerned, i.e., Ist Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mirzapur, to decide Case No. 110 of 2014 (State vs. Arif Kaleem and others), under Sections 498-A, 323 and 506 of IPC and 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, Police StationKachhawan, District Mirzapur, arising out of Case Crime No.200 of 2013, expeditiously, or within stipulated time.
Expeditious disposal of a case is the right of every litigant and it is expected from every court to endeavour to dispose of a case pending before it, as expeditiously as possible, without granting unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties. Therefore, the trial court, concerned, is directed to make all possible efforts to decide the aforesaid case as expeditiously as possible without giving any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
