This Application U/S 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with the prayer to quash the non bailable warrant dated 11.10.2018 passed in Criminal Case No. 34557 of 2016 (State Vs. Deepak Kumar and others) arising out of case crime no. 34 of 2014, under Sections 498-A, 323, 506 IPC and Section 3/4 D. P. Act, Police Station Mahila Thana, district Kanpur Nagar pending in the court of Metropolitan Magistrate-Ist, Kanpur Nagar.
On 19.3.2018 while disposing of the Application U/S 482 No. 29785 of 2016 forty five days' time was allowed to surrender before the court concerned. It appears that applicants have not complied with the order. Consequently non bailable warrant was has been issued by the court concerned against the applicants.
Thus, keeping in view the conduct of the applicants, the prayer made in the application cannot be allowed.
The application is dismissed.
