Heard Sri Anil Kumar Dubey, learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

Learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to implead the Up Ziladhikari, Machhalishahar, Jaunpur as opposite party no.3 in the array of party.

The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to opposite party no.3 to decide the Case No.02792 of 2019 (Ram Lavat Dubey Vs. Sharda Prasad) under Section 145 Cr.P.C., P.S. Machhalishahar, District Jaunpur, expeditiously.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the proceedings under Section 145 of Cr.P.C. is pending since 2019 before the Up Ziladhikari, Machhalishahar, District Jaunpur and more than one year had been passed but the proceedings are not concluded.

Learned A.G.A. for State has no objection for expeditious disposal of the proceedings.

In view of above, the opposite party no.3 is directed to decide the Case No.02792 of 2019 (Ram Lavat Dubey Vs. Sharda Prasad) under Section 145 Cr.P.C., P.S. Machhalishahar, District Jaunpur, expeditiously as early as possible.

With the above observations, the application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. stands disposed of.
