This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed to direct the court below to decide criminal case no.3720 of 2017 u/s 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, Police Station Sadat, District Ghazipur, Leena Gupta vs. Ashutosh Kumar Gupta and others, pending before the court of Additional J.M., Saidpur, Ghazipur within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the said application is pending before the court of Additional J.M., Saidpur, Ghazipur since 26.2.2015 and the applicant is facing hardship, therefore, considering her circumstances, the same may be expedited and disposed of within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.
Learned AGA has no objection.
In view of the above, the court concerned is directed to dispose of the matter expeditiously preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
