The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioners praying for a writ of mandamus directing the Civil Judge (S.D.), Siddharth Nagar to decide injunction application bearing Paper No. 7C-2 pending in the court of Civil Judge (S.D.), Siddharth Nagar.
The Civil Judge (S.D.), Siddharth Nagar is directed to decide the aforesaid application expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him, in case, there is no legal impediment in deciding the aforesaid application.
It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the claim of the petitioners.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of .
