The matter was taken up on 19.10.2020 and this Court has proceeded to pass following order:-
"No one appears to press this petition.
From perusal of the record it appears that the case was filed on 17.6.2020 and thereafter it was repeatedly adjourned on the request of the learned counsel for the petitioners. Today also learned counsel for the petitioner is not present whereas Shri Onkar Nath Vishwakarma, learned counsel for the respondent is present.
After the matter was heard for sometime, Shri Manohar Prasad Gupta, learned counsel has appeared in the Court and requests for an adjournment on the ground that Shri Ganesh Mani, learned counsel for the petitioner is unwell.
Considering the request made on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner, list this matter on 5.11.2020 in the additional cause list with the understanding that the case will not be adjourned when it is listed next."
Today the matter is again listed in Additional Cause List. It is informed that counsel for the parties are adequately informed about taking up of the matter.
Shri Pradeep Kumar, learned Senior Advocate assisted by Shri Onkar Nath Vishwakarma, learned counsel for the respondents has appeared through video link. No one has appeared on behalf of petitioners to press the present writ petition.
Consequently, the writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
