The instructions have come from the government. It seems that the department has no information that the petitioner has given up the vehicle to the dealer.
Considering the above facts, we allow the petitioner 15 days time to approach the department and apprise of this order and the department may pass orders in accordance with law on the petitioner's application.
For a period of 15 days from today no coercive action may be taken against the petitioner.
The Writ Petition is disposed of as above. No costs.
