Heard Sri Sanjeev Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Ramendra Pratap Singh, learned counsel appearing for respondent nos.2, 3 and 4 and Sri Reghvendra Dwivedi, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no.1.
By the present writ petition, a direction is sought to respondent nos.3 and 4 to conclude the proceedings regarding division of the plot of the petitioner.
Sri Ramendra Pratap Singh, learned counsel appearing for respondent nos.2, 3 and 4 submits that before any order can be passed the petitioner is required to deposit the requisite amount with the authority concerned and that there is no averment made anywhere in the writ petition as to whether any amount was deposited by the petitioner as required.
Accordingly, we dispose of the writ petition with a direction to respondent nos.3 and 4 to conclude the proceedings regarding division of plot of the petitioner, if any, pending before them within three months from the date of filing of a certified copy of this order.
