Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the State.
Writ-C No.43572 of 2015 was filed by the petitioners challenging the order dated 22.05.2015 by which the notices have been directed to be issued to the petitioners on the application filed by respondents no.6 to 10.
This Court while disposing off the aforesaid writ petition vide order dated 05.08.2015 directed the petitioners to file objection before the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Handia, Allahabad who was supposed to consider the same and pass appropriate order thereon.
It appears that the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Handia, District Allahabad has not passed any order and consequently, the petitioners have preferred the present writ petition praying for the same relief which was prayed in earlier writ petition. This Court by order dated 14.02.2019 directed the learned Standing Counsel to seek instructions in the matter.
Sri Siddharth Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel states that Sub Divisional Magistrate, Handia, District Allahabad is proceeding with the matter and next date fixed in the matter is 29.04.2019. He submits that the
objection shall be decided within two month.
In view of the submission of the learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel, the writ petition is disposed off with a direction to decide the objection of the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of the order.
