Learned counsel for the petitioner want to withdraw this petition for writ.
By the order dated 5th February, 2019, this Court directed Sri Ramesh, S/o Deen Dayal, R/o Mohammadpur Bawai, District Sambhal to remain personally present to explain as to what authority he had to file the instant petition for writ.
It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that on 18th February, 2019 Sri Ramesh was present in the Court but the matter was not taken up due to paucity of time.
Learned counsel states that this petition has been filed due to some inadvertence, hence it requires condonation. Learned counsel has also tendered apology for the same.
Having considered all facts of the case, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
