This petition for writ is preferred to have an appropriate writ, order or direction for eviction of respondent nos. 4 and 5 from the illegal occupation over plot no. 102 situated in Village Koyal, Tehsil Math, District Mathura.
Learned Standing Counsel has submitted a compliance report, according to which, the encroachment made on the land in question has already been removed on 18.02.2019 and, as such, this petition for writ become infructuous.
A Vakalatnama has also been filed on behalf of respondent nos. 4 and 5 by Sri Ashok Kumar Chaubey, Advocate and he accepts that action has been taken by respondents against respondent nos. 4 and 5 as per the facts stated in the compliance report.
In light of the compliance report submitted by learned Standing Counsel, nothing survives in this petition for writ.
The writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
