Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to delete the prayer no.1 and rearrange the serial number of the prayer.
This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :-
"Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding directing the respondent no.4 and 5 to forthwith issue the Internship Completion Certificate to the petitioner and further direct the respondents."
Upon the perusal of the averments made in the writ petition and the documents appended thereto, it transpires that for the redressal of his grievance, the petitioner has already filed a representation before respondent no.1 on 4.4.2019, copy whereof has been filed as Annexure-5 to the writ petition, but the said representation has not been decided till date.
In view of above, without expressing any opinion on the merits, we dispose of the writ petition with the direction to respondent no.1 to decide the representation filed by the petitioners before him on 4.4.2019 (Annexure-5) within a period of one month from the date of filing of certified copy of this order before him.
