Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Staterespondents and Sri K.N.Singh, learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.2.
The petitioners claim that their land being Khasra Nos.613, 614 and 615 has been utilized for the construction of road by respondent no.2 without payment of any compensation or even execution of sale deed.
It is submitted that a Committee has been constituted on 19.3.2019 vide order dated 12.5.2016 headed by the District Magistrate.
The writ petition is disposed of with the observation that in case the petitioners file application before the said Committee giving full details, the Committee shall consider the claim of the petitioners and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, without unnecessary delay.
