Heard Sri Shiv Kant Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Ramendra Pratap Singh, learned counsel for the respondent no. 2.
By means of this writ petition the petitioner has prayed for allotment of 6% developed land, over and above the enhanced compensation which the petitioner has received as per the case of Gajraj and others vs. State of U.P. and others, reported in 2011(11) ADJ 1 .
The controversy raised in this writ petition has already been decided by a Division Bench of this Court vide judgment and order dated 07.11.2019, passed in Writ Petition No. 35693 of 2019 ( Smt. Maya Devi and others vs. State of U.P. and others), and the writ petition has been dismissed.
Since the dispute has already been decided by dismissing the writ petition, no relief can be granted to the petitioner in view of the aforesaid judgment.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
