Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The petitioner has completed B.Sc. degree course from the college namely S.M. Degree College Pali Doungra Sonkh, Mathura affiliated with Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar University, Agra. The petitioner has applied to the University for issuance of certificate of degree of B.Sc. on 11.10.2018. Subsequent to filing of the application for issuance of degree, the petitioner has also submitted several representations to the Vice Chancellor of the University for issuing the degree of B.Sc. course.
The grievance of the petitioner is that till date, degree of B.Sc. course has not been issued to him despite filing of several representations.
Learned counsel for the University submits that no useful purpose would be served in keeping the writ petition pending and an appropriate direction be issued to the Registrar of the University to consider the grievance of the petitioner.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case and with the consent of the parties, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the Registrar of the University raising all his grievances within a period of one week from today. In case any such representation is filed by the petitioner, the Registrar of the University shall decide the same by reasoned and speaking order within a period of two weeks thereafter.
With the aforesaid observations, thew writ petition is disposed of.
