Although on the last occasion this matter was adjourned on the illness slip of learned counsel for the petitioner with the Court clarifying that since it is of 2004 it would not be passed over, Sri Yatindra Shukla, learned counsel for the petitioner has sent illness slip today.
In view thereof, the prayer for adjournment is refused. The instant writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
