Heard Sri Jitendra Narain Rai, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Mahbood Ahmad, learned counsel for respondent nos. 2, 3 and 4.

The petitioner by means of this writ petition wants that his representation dated 24.10.2019 may be directed to be decided by the Executive Engineer within a time bound period.

The reading of the aforesaid representation reveals that the petitioner is aggrieved as according to him he is not being served with correct electricity dues and consequential demand thereof is illegal.

The aforesaid grievance of the petitioner can be taken care by the Executive Engineer concerned under section 6.5 of UP Electricity Code, 2005.

In view of the above, we dispose of the writ petition with the direction to respondent no. 4 to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner dated 24.10.2019 filed as Annexure-7 to the writ petition, in accordance with law most expeditiously, if possible, within a period of six weeks from the date copy of this order alongwith fresh representation, if any, is submitted to him.
