Heard Sri Yagyadeo Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Akhilesh Chandra Mishra, learned counsel for respondents no. 1 and 2.

There is a registered society in the name of Dr. V.P. Madnawat Education Society. The last election of the society has been held on 12.5.2019 in which the petitioner claims to be elected as Manager of the society. The papers of the election of the committee of management has been forwarded to the respondent no. 1-Vice Chancellor of Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar University, Agra, for granting approval as contemplated under Section 2(13) of U. P. State Universities Act, 1973. The respondent no. 2 has not taken any decision on the election till date.

The petitioner, thereafter, has submitted a representation on 5.8.2019 and 24.9.2019 to the respondent no. 1 but the same has not been attended by the respondent no. 1 till date.

The grievance of the petitioner is that a valid election of the committee of management has been held and respondent no. 1 is acting illegally for not approving the election of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the University submits that no useful purpose would be served in keeping the writ petition pending and an appropriate direction be issued to the respondent no. 1 to consider the grievance of the petitioner.

Be that as it may, without entering into the merits of the case and with the consent of the parties, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 1 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 5.8.2019 and 24.9.2019 (annexures- 3 & 4) by reasoned and speaking order after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of three month.

The writ petition is disposed of subject to the directions given above.
