Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Bimla Prasad, learned Standing Counsel.
This Court on 11.11.2019 had passed the following order:-
"Heard Sri Shachindra Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Vimla Prasad, learned Standing Counsel.
The petitioner in the present writ petition has prayed for a writ of mandamus seeking a direction to correct the marks-sheet of Intermediate Board Examination 2019.
The copy of Mathematics subject supplied to the petitioner shows that the petitioner has secured 88 marks in the marks-sheet in Mathematics subject whereas 33 marks has been entered in the Mathematics subject in the marks-sheet.
Learned Standing Counsel submits that the marks-sheet of the petitioner has been corrected and correct marks as shown in the copy of the Mathematics subject, i.e., 88 marks has been entered in the marks-sheet.
He submits that two days time may be granted to produce the original marks-sheet.
Put up this matter on 14.11.2019 as unlisted."
Learned Standing Counsel has produced the original mark-sheet of Intermediate Board Examination 2019 which is handed over to learned counsel for the petitioner Sri Sachindra Kumar Mishra.
Since, the grievance of the petitioner has been satisfied, therefore, no cause of action survives in the writ petition.
Consequently, the writ petition is dismissed.
